One thing I do that usually helps me is that when the game is over and I'm feeling tilted I will hold a plank or do a yoga pose like downward dog or something like that

It doesn't matter a lot of unnecessary theory. Defense, healing, damage - ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING matters. No one can win a match without killing opponents. No one can win a match without good healers. No one can win a match without the protection and power of tanks. Kills and damage matter a lot. No need to come up with stupid theories about the unnecessary killings or damage. The whole team must give all their best in the match. And the team that does it better will win. EVERY detail matters. Every action matters.

I just uninstall games that aren't fun anymore and play singleplayer. Competitive mutiplayer games has ruined every game I used to enjoy.
